Yehonathan and Lyrik will perform Live at Secrets Freedom Club’s 5 years anniversary this upcoming september 4, 2010.
Yehonathan and his musical collaborator/producer Lyrik just completed their first U.S & Canada “Remember When” Tour and this show marks their European debut.

About Secrets Freedom Club:
Secrets Freedom Club is the number one gay club in Cyprus, located in Larnaka a 5 min drive from the Airport. Secrets is open Wednesday’s to Sunday’s from 11pm to 4am Closed Monday’s and Tuesday’s. It has it’s really busy nights on Friday’s and Saturday’s with a large variety of people who come to have a good time Dancing, Drinking and Meeting new people. During the week days the club is turned into a bar for some relaxing and fun cruzing with special drink offers.

Yehonathan & Lyrik Launch First North America Summer Tour 2010

Yehonathan launches his first North America tour with the release of his second full length English album titled “Remember When” in March 2010.

Yehonathan rose to popularity in Israel with the release of his first album in Hebrew, “Let’s Talk About It”, in 2000. His popularity continued to rise as the video for the first single released from the album “Calling You” reached #1. Yehonathan has quickly emerged in popularity in the dance circuit. His music has been described as a blend of pop, dance, and electronica.

Yehonathan released his first full-length English album, “My Turn” in the United States in May 2009. He considers the album intensely personal and universal. “It’s a bit different from anything I’ve ever done,” stated Yehonathan. “I took a chance to explore other sides of myself musically.”

What are some of the things you love most about Tel Aviv?

I grew up in Tel Aviv, so for me it’s about my family and my friends, growing up there and all the great times that I had during my childhood years.   But it’s the freedom to do whatever you’d like that I love too.  I truly think it is one of the best cities in the world – small, but yet you can find anything here:  crazy night life, awesome beaches, cute sidewalk cafes, great restaurants, history, and beautiful people, and there’s a feeling in the air that I couldn’t even begin to explain.  The city is open 24/7, and there is always some exciting adventure waiting around any corner for those who want to find it.

It all started with Madonna and Dynasty. A modern-day gay fairy tale, if you will, where Yehonathan Gatro of Tel Aviv is the lead. He may command all the attention on his own terms today, both as an actor and as a singer, but to appreciate where this 31-year-old is now, you of course have to understand where he has been.
